Role Overview: As the Director of Customer Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service transformation. You will lead the charge in leveraging Salesforce and custom development to streamline processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and be at the forefront of technological innovation.



Primary Tasks:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce / Software Engineering strategy that aligns with the organization's transformation goals and objectives.

  • Work closely with platform management, design, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of software solutions and alignment with business needs.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure Salesforce / Custom solutions meet business requirements.

  • Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

  • Lead and manage a team of C#/React Engineers, Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

  • Oversee the optimization, customization, and configuration of the Salesforce platform to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.

  • Manage data integrity, quality, and security within our platforms.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related issues promptly.

  • Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.


Relevant Work Experience:



  • 10+ years' experience in Engineering & Salesforce, including 5+ at a leadership level

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are highly desirable.


Education and/or Training:



  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's preferred.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing Salesforce implementations and teams.

  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $189,530.00 - $298,515.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
