SUMMARY



The Support Agreement Manager will build partnerships/relationships with internal and external stakeholders to include alignment with stakeholder interests and organizational goals, validating requirements to drive effective support processes, establishing governance frameworks. This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule, requiring one day in the office each week in the Washington, D.C. area.


Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS



Familiarity with governance frameworks and process improvement methodologies within the DoD.


Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Programs, to include OneNote and Teams.


SharePoint user experience: ability to navigate, upload, and collaborate using SharePoint.


DoD Financial Management experience highly desired.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Leads, supervises and mentors assigned staff. Provides training and direction for ensuring the achievement of maximum performance with high standards and exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.


Develops, coordinates, and maintains strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.


Possesses familiarity with all applicable regulations, to include DoDI 4000.19.


Understands and applies stakeholder requirements, needs and expectations to develop support agreement processes within the overall program.


Establishes and manages governance structures to ensure compliance and effective oversight of support agreement audits.


Collaborates with stakeholders to identify, strategize, validate and document their requirements, ensuring alignment to the support agreement framework and regulations.


Designs and implements processes for managing support agreements, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices.


Conducts training and supports program development to ensure robust management of all past and current agreements.


Prepares reports and presentations for all stakeholders.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and a minimum of eight to ten (8-10) years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience. Master's degree preferred.

Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $100K to $135K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
