Job Title: Overnight Janitorial Manager - Theme Park Cleaning

Reports To: Director of Operations
Position Type: Full-time
$2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment*
Job Summary:
*7:00pm-3:30am - must be available to work weekends and holidays*
As the Overnight Manager for Cleaning at a Resort/ Theme Park, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and compliance of our theme park and resort facilities during nighttime hours. You will lead a team of cleaning staff, oversee their tasks, and ensure that all areas of the theme park and resort are maintained to the highest standards while adhering to labor compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of overnight cleaning staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective communication.
Set clear performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for nightly cleaning operations.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all theme park and resort areas, including but not limited to rides, restaurants, restrooms, guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
Ensure that cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest cleanliness standards.
Address and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with labor and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and provide training to staff on safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and safety inspections.
Manage payroll to ensure proper labor compliance.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring that adequate supplies are on hand for nightly operations.
Coordinate the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning tasks meet the established quality standards.
Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain cleanliness and appearance.

Emergency Response:

Be on-call and available to respond to emergency cleaning or maintenance situations as they arise.
Coordinate emergency response efforts with relevant departments.
Train staff on emergency and safety procedures

Budget Management:

Assist in the development of the cleaning department's budget and manage expenses including labor to stay within budgetary constraints.
