“What You’ll Do”


  • Provide administrative support which includes; screening calls, processing purchase orders, generating reports.

  • Perform routine clerical duties and provide general business support to the sales department and in support of business initiatives

  • Responsible for developing, processing and filing department records such as lease contracts and UCC filings

  • Development and maintenance of reports that include metrics for the department, comparative to budget and goal and performance measures

  • Manage some custom reports for customers with special requests using crystal reports

  • Respond to and resolve routine sales inquiries

  • Maintain confidential company information

“Must Haves”


  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in support of a sales department or group

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative or customer support role

  • Experience with shared inbox

  • Hi-call volume experience

  • Excellent organizational skills, time management andprioritizing

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy arecritical

  • Proven communication skills in written and verbalformats

  • Ability to work at a consistent level with minimal supervision anddirection

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the sales department and thecustomer

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook

  • Basic knowledge of Crystal report writing; on the job training provided
