The CX Senior Researcher will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for our clients, members, and brokers. This position involves working closely with a team of designers, researchers, and analysts to gather and analyze user and business needs, and to support the development of new desktop and mobile designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture user and business needs.
Facilitate biweekly testing readout sessions, present data, and capture feedback to improve user experience.
Utilize existing research processes and archives to design new research.
Critique work-in-progress with other UX researchers, designers, and developers.
Lead and support various research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, prototype testing, A/B testing, card sorting, click testing).
Advocate for the implementation of research findings within an Agile framework.
Qualifications:
Experience in the health insurance industry.
Strong quantitative research skills.
Proficiency with MUIQ technology.
Experience in facilitating and presenting data in group settings.
