Job Description
Reporting to the Sustainability Associate Manager, you will assist in calculating a large global enterprise's carbon footprint. You'll provide data gathering and data entry support for Samsonite's carbon footprint measurement and ESG reporting to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange into February 2025. Employees work on-site 4 days and remotely 1 day weekly.

• Access and download utility data from SAP and Docuware for certain facilities in various geographies.

• Organize data in folders

• Extract and consolidate utility data for inclusion in Samsonite's GHG footprint calculation

• Undergraduate with 1-2 years of study. Majors - Business, Economics, Environmental Studies and/or related field preferred but not required.

• Comfortable working with data (data management, organization, analysis)

• Ability to navigate a variety of online and offline sources of data

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks; persistent and self-starter

• Experience with MS Office, managing and organizing Excel files

• Foreign language proficiency a plus
