For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $89,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US Medium Voltage Offer Program Manager

The Medium Voltage Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of Medium Voltage (MV) growth initiatives and programs. Working closely with MV Offer Managers and cross-functional teams, this position is responsible for managing the backlog of open workstream and actions derived from Strategy planning, tracking their status, and expediting their progress to meet growth timelines and objectives.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the backlog of open MV workstreams, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Lead the evolution of lessons learned analysis to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate with MV Offer Managers to prioritize workstreams/actions based on business objectives, resource availability, and customer requirements.

  • Track the status of MV initiatives, monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and taking proactive measures to mitigate issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment by tracking implementation actions of product and business objectives, including playbooks and product/feature launches.

  • Lead follow-up process to identify and remove roadblocks, optimize workflows, and ensure timely decision-making.

  • Map and document workstreams resource allocation, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring timely execution to enhance growth initiative efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, key milestones, and any potential challenges.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrification industry.

  • Familiarity with medium voltage switchgear and electrical power distribution systems.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SmartSheets, Planner, Jira).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
