Compensation Range
Hourly: $25.70 - $30.30 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to support the Blackbaud grantmaking system and to use it to create and process grant applications, create and run reports, and process payments for the teams doing Foundation and other community work within Commerce Bank.
Essential Functions
Quickly develop fluency in the Blackbaud grantmaking database system to become one of the system's core users/administrators
Assist with training of new Blackbaud users
Serve as primary point of contact for Blackbaud system troubleshooting for internal and external users
Update templates and applications with Blackbaud
Create, run and/or check various regular (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad hoc reports
Process grant applications and payments in the Blackbaud system for various Foundations/Trusts, including confirming nonprofit eligibility/compliance
Process requests and payments in the Blackbaud system for event sponsorships
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Familiarity with a CRM or a grant management database-type system, particularly Blackbaud, preferred
Attention to detail key as a primary contributor ensuring data integrity within Blackbaud system
Motivated and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Can identify process improvements and propose solutions
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient in all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years grant management/coordination or similar operational experience preferred
