Neurology



Our practices are located at 10 Members Way in Dover, NH, and 73 Corporate Drive, Portsmouth, NH. This position will support our expert providers treating adult patients, as well as pediatrics. Our services include diagnosis and treatment options for headaches, migraines, epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular disease, sleep disorders and more.

Opportunity


We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Practice Coordinator to support the Neurology practice. This role will be based in both Dover and Portsmouth, so the ability to reliably commute to either site is necessary. The desired schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.


This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative staff and front-end processes, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient office management. The Practice Coordinator will coordinate various operational and administrative tasks as well as acts as a liaison between providers, office and clinical staff, as necessary, to ensure the successful operation of assigned practices.


The Practice Coordinator will supervise a team of 13 direct reports, providing leadership and guidance to optimize performance and foster a positive work environment. As the Practice Coordinator, you will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager and collaborate closely with the Clinical Practice Leader to ensure alignment of operational and clinical objectives.

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting and/or 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory position.

  • 4+ years clerical or administrative experience in a medical office or hospital environment preferred

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Experience with Electronic Health Record.

  • Epic experience preferred
