BMW and MINI of Mt. Laurel is seeking an eager individual to learn, work with the team, and assist customers while pursuing a career as a service advisor.


The Assistant Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs to customers


Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs


Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers


Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values


What are we looking for? - High School Diploma - Current valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile - Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player - Ability to work Saturday EOE DFWP

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.92 - $28.25 USD per hour.
