Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Commodity Analyst to support key divisions by providing actionable insights and analysis related to commodity markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop models, track market trends, and support decision-making related to pricing, risk management, and cost savings opportunities. The role requires strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and the capacity to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and relevant insights to internal teams on market trends, pricing, and supply/demand dynamics.


• Analyze historical data and respond to price changes and sourcing opportunities.


• Develop and manage tools and models to forecast commodity trends and market fluctuations.


• Track key commodity metrics and generate reports on costs and expenses.


• Manage projects, ensuring progress and outcomes are aligned with goals and strategies.


• Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and communicate these insights.


• Assist in implementing new technologies and processes for improved commodity analysis.


• Support negotiations and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.


• Address complex issues independently and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.


• 5+ years of experience in commodity analysis or a related field.
