This position

is part of the Project Management department located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide.
You will be a part of the Research Grade Project Management team and report to the Director of Project Management.




In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Manage a team of Project Managers and serve as a resource on technical and operational questions, barriers to success, and risk factors.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to allow for rapid resolution of challenges and collaboration on sustainable solutions to drive mutual success.

  • Address client issues escalated internally and externally to support the team and build and nurture client and Aldevron relationships.

  • Execute on short and long-term goals and KPIs for the Project Management team as defined by the Project and Program Management Business Unit, and organizational leadership.

  • Utilize Danaher Business System tools to drive continuous improvements enabling the Project Management team to regularly meet and exceed goals.




The essential requirements of the job include:



  • B.S. or B.A., life sciences degree highly preferred, plus 5+ years of experience in project management required (or equivalent of combination of education and experience).

  • Experience managing client-facing projects required

  • Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field required, CDMO experience required



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
