Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of diagnostic assessment of children and adolescents with ADHD and psychosocial interventions for ADHD and comorbid disorders, including disruptive behavior disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible as psychologists in Pennsylvania.
Teaching responsibilities may include clinical supervision of psychology externs, interns, and child psychiatry fellows.
Clinical responsibilities may include working with children and youth between the ages of 4 and 18 years, providing comprehensive diagnostic assessments and intervention services (individual child and family, and group parent training).
The Department is seeking a psychologist who will provide patient care in the Center for Management of ADHD within the Division of Outpatient Behavioral Health. The Center for Management of ADHD is an interdisciplinary practice involving psychology, psychiatry, developmental/behavioral pediatrics, and clinical social work.
