Job Summary

We are looking for a product manager to join our solutions team to develop and own a portfolio of key solutions offerings as part of our integrated CRH solutions approach focused on supporting customers to achieve their strategic goals.

The Solutions Product Manager will be responsible for defining, developing and driving the strategy for our solutions offering in key categories (e.g.: site optimization, flooring, walls, etc.). The Solution categories, e.g. Flooring solutions, can span across multiple Verticals, like Data Centers, Warehouses, Residential, Commercial. In this role, you will be a connector between the businesses, the vertical market teams and cross-functional teams such as engineering, innovation and sales to define the solutions portfolio across key verticals. This role will support the market vertical teams to design, implement and promote holistic solutions that meet the needs across a set of key verticals and can be stand alone or be combined with other products and services to meet customers' needs. You will understand market trends, and the competitive landscape, and working closely with the commercial and operational functions, deliver winning solutions to the market. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met. The preferred location for this position is Atlanta but we are open to considering remote employees in the continental US

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform solutions development.

  • Collaborate with the vertical solutions team, customers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, innovation and venturing to fill gaps identified in solutions capabilities or portfolio.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners and customers, to gather feedback and drive product innovation.

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of solutions portfolio to ensure continued alignment to customer needs.

  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new solutions, including pricing and positioning for key verticals.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success for solutions and inform on going improvements.

  • Collaborate with Solutions Vertical teams, platform Commercial teams, Marketing Communications, and Market Intelligence teams to gather Voice of Customer to understand pain points and identify opportunities for enhancement.

  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop training materials and resources that support the effective promotion and adoption of solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years professional experience, with 3+ years in product management and/or product marketing, preferably in technology products or solutions offerings.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
