Help perform content production tasks and facilitate the migration of content, both written and visual, between our platforms and tools
Report and resolve discrepancies where documentation is incomplete or unavailable
Working in and navigate our ecosystem of project management and curriculum development tools as well as our production workflows; provide coordination support
Build assessment questions in our auto-grading, curriculum-building, and rubric tools
Provide quality assurance support, which includes a comprehensive review of how content is rendered within the student learning environment(s) to ensure all components of the curriculum behave as expected
Occasionally format code scripts or work with HTML, Markdown, or another programming language
Requirements:
3+ years' editing experience
Familiarity and comfort engaging with technical skills and concepts
Ability to meet project deadlines
