How will you make an impact?
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:
Work independently as a member of a multi-functional team.
Work collaboratively with other functions to support the R&D and/or new product introduction (NPI) activities.
Investigate new methods/technologies and focus on need of our customers.
Contribute and improve the designs of printed circuit boards, electrical systems, firmware, other sub-systems, and related components.
Apply knowledge of mechanical design engineering to tackle industrial problems.
Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with phenomenal attention to details and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
Align with all company safety, training, and quality regulations and procedures.
Develop plans, implement per schedule, analyze data, and contribute to technical reports.
Start Date: This internship is set to begin on May 12th, 2025, for a duration of 12 weeks, and may be flexible depending upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Electrical Engineering internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
How will you get here?
Undergraduate student completing an Electrical Engineering or similar degree program between December 2025 and June 2026.
0 years of work experience required; previous related internships a plus.
Desire and motivation to develop a career as an electrical/systems design engineer and/or a R&D leader.
Track records demonstrating quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability.
Energized through championing changes and navigating ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Programming knowledge/experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Washington is $21.00-$28.00.
