*New shift differentials of $2.00/hr on 2nd shift and $3.00/hr on 3rd shift.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
Follow appropriate safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.), and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards
Troubleshoot/repair mechanical equipment, including power transmission, chains, hydraulic/pneumatic/steam systems, vacuum pumps, and mechanical motors.
Troubleshoot/repair electrical components including motors, disconnecting devices, wiring, overload protection devices, PLC, and electronic circuits/devices used for the control of machinery and equipment
Install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
Coordinate with equipment/service vendors for technical assistance
Maintain documentation and communicate updated documentation to manager and staff.
Accurately create and complete essential maintenance work orders and other required paperwork.
Assists with ordering, verification, and inventory of parts
Keep manager up to date on the status of all assigned projects, work back log, on-going problems, and safety issues.
Identify opportunities for maintenance or process improvement & drive recommendations to implementation or resolution.
Complete or assist with special projects as directed.
Work from sketches or verbal instructions; interpret blueprints.
Utilize the proper tools and testing equipment, perform maintenance, installation, replacement, and testing on electrical circuits and equipment.
Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside, noise, vibration, stairs/ladder climbing, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces

Work Experience Required
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
Must possess and be able to demonstrate initiative and logic in resolving complex electrical and mechanical problems
Troubleshoot single and 3 phase, from 24V to 480V electrical components, circuits, and connections
Possess an understanding of electrical prints and standard electrical symbols
Basic metal fabrication and welding
Ability to accurately read measuring devices
Ability to deal with multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines
Ability to work independently
Maintain clean and organized work area
Ability to work occasional overtime including off shifts, and holidays
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Maintain teamwork and positive attitude with all associates
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., as required
