Position: Bilingual Cantonese Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative
Location: Pasadena, CA onsite
Salary: $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries.
Provide administrative support (scheduling, managing supplies, maintaining records).
Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
Prepare and process documents.
Assist other office staff as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Cantonese, Chinese, or Mandarin required
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or office administration.
Preferred: Experience in the insurance or tax industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
