Summary

• Trimming and QC experience in plastics (At least 5 years)


• $35 - $40 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Quality Champion: Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished plastic products with a meticulous eye, ensuring they meet all specifications and quality standards.


• Data Detective: Analyze test results, identify non-conformities, and investigate deviations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.


• Procedure Pro: Ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and protocols, conducting audits and maintaining accurate records.


• Tech Guru: Utilize diverse testing equipment and software to measure dimensions, analyze composition, assess performance, and ensure product safety.


• Communication Catalyst: Collaborate effectively with production teams, engineers, and management to communicate quality issues, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.


• Safety First: Prioritize a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Who You Are:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with [X years] of experience in plastics manufacturing or quality control, is your foundation.
