Trimming and QC experience in plastics (At least 5 years)
$35 - $40 per hour
What You'll Do:
Quality Champion: Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished plastic products with a meticulous eye, ensuring they meet all specifications and quality standards.
Data Detective: Analyze test results, identify non-conformities, and investigate deviations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Procedure Pro: Ensure adherence to established quality control procedures and protocols, conducting audits and maintaining accurate records.
Tech Guru: Utilize diverse testing equipment and software to measure dimensions, analyze composition, assess performance, and ensure product safety.
Communication Catalyst: Collaborate effectively with production teams, engineers, and management to communicate quality issues, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Safety First: Prioritize a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Who You Are:
A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with [X years] of experience in plastics manufacturing or quality control, is your foundation.
A keen eye for detail, a relentless pursuit of accuracy, and a passion for quality are your guiding principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills make you a natural detective in the realm of plastic imperfections.
