Summary:
The VM will be responsible for growing both clinical and economic value of BPV's vascular product portfolio in their assigned territory through effective and compliant interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs). The VM will also be responsible for ensuring access to BPV products for patients by developing strong relationships with HCPs and HCOs within their geography and establishing excellent product knowledge among them.
Responsibilities:
Deliver on sales and revenue goals set forth by management
Develop key accounts based upon market opportunity and customer needs
Work collaboratively with other team members including Sales Representatives and Account Managers to ensure delivery on business objectives
Achieve and maintain a high level of product and therapeutic segment knowledge
Establish excellent product knowledge among customers
Ensure adherence to all BPV policies and procedures as well as compliance with industry regulations and laws
Conduct regular field visits to assess customer needs and market trends
Provide feedback to marketing on new product ideas and emerging trends
Participate in the development and implementation of local strategies and initiatives
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required
Prior experience working in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries highly preferred
Demonstrated track record of success in sales and/or marketing in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to make decisions independently and oversee important projects
Strong organizational and time management skills
Highly adaptable to changing environments and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
