Compensation Range
Hourly: $25.70 - $30.30 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to respond and resolve user requests for desktop support.
Essential Functions
Provide hardware and software desktop support to end users in a Microsoft Windows Desktop environment
Respond to and resolve user requests for desktop support and provide liaison support to other bank support groups
Handle second tier support requests related to desktops, laptops, printers and other related peripherals
Provide remote support as well as hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Working knowledge of technologies including: Desktop computer hardware, Windows Operating Systems, network printers, TCP/IP, email (Outlook/Exchange), Active Directory, Microsoft Office, virus protection, and software distribution solutions
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects
Ability to install and remove equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and meet Commerce Bank's driving record criteria; ongoing employment may be contingent upon meeting all driving requirements
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience required
2+ years experience installing and supporting Windows desktop environments required
Experience with IT Service Management Software (e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow, TopDesk, FrontRange, Assyst) required
Appropriate professional certification, such as MSCE, MCP, A+, and Network+ preferred
