Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer service requests for operational or technical support.
Provide robot users operational assistance while troubleshooting their issues.
Create and edit support tickets to accurately record and reflect customer issues; update customer records as needed.
Assist in the tracking of analytics.
Identify needed resources and supplies for the Support Team.
Have knowledge of or be willing to gain familiarity with the sporting industry.
Be comfortable with technology and working in various software applications simultaneously.
Have a base understanding of software automation and/or mechatronics.
Can use both Google and Microsoft suites, toggling back and forth.
Can stay organized and pay attention to multiple tasks at once.
Be an engaged listener and communicate effectively.
Use sound judgment and critical thinking to make logical decisions.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
