A Day in The Life of Our Financial Advisors:
Research and analysis guide your decisions daily, while you orchestrate the investment management for our clients and team priorities for that week.
You are equipped to address investment related questions by stepping into meetings, scheduled or impromptu, and provide premier delivery of our services. You are first and foremost a fiduciary on behalf of our clients, seeing client interests above all others.
You illustrate a plan portrait and encourage personal change to achieve successful financial life planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
4-year college degree preferably in finance or equivalent field experience
Experience in tax preparation/accounting industry or desire to take an approved tax preparation course or certification upon hire
3+ years direct client facing role
Series 65 or 66 or similar
Life & Health Insurance License in WI
Licensed with FINRA in WI (AZ and FL are a plus- company will compensate any needed licensing)
Desired:
5+ years Microsoft Office suite including: Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote
Enrolled Agent or similar experience
CFA® (Certified Financial Analyst), CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or similar

SALARY: Range $55k - $70k based on experience/credentials, possible salary increases pending desire for growth/development, future review and CE/certifications
