ABOUT THE POSITION

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience

This position is Full Time. Our regular hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30, with rare but occasional overtime. Job Location is on the West Side of Jacksonville. After 3 months of employment, employees are eligible for benefits including medical/dental/vision and PTO (vacation/sick/personal days - this starts accruing on day one). We also offer a 401K plan with company match.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

An overview of areas of responsibility is below, however the nature of this position is flexible and there will almost certainly be projects and duties added.

  • Communicates effectively and courteously with all contacts-internal and external.
  • Works well with a diverse team of people.
  • Meets all requirements for confidentiality and for the management of corporate, finance and personnel information including distribution controls, secure filing and disposal, and records retention and storage.
  • Organization; time management; and follow-through; flexibility to make adjustments as needed when priorities change
  • Effective use of time management skills
  • Organizes workload throughout the day to meet project timelines and deadlines.
  • Minimizes time spent on personal calls and matters. Meets attendance and punctuality requirements; reports time and attendance accurately.
  • Basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Data review and data entry
  • Proactively continues to build on processing knowledge and skills.
  • Prepares data and materials for special projects as assigned
  • Assists with organizing projects and tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across departments
  • Proficiency in various web-based software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of ERP software and technology.
  • Attention to detail, while being able to prioritize/multitask based on need.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type 50WPM
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
