Gemline is looking for a Website & Email Manager. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and works as a collaborative member of the Marketing team. They will also work closely, and cross-functionally with IT, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service. The position has one direct report. We are seeking a highly-motivated, analytical self-starter to manage key deliverables for our web and email marketing initiatives. In this role, you will help shape Gemline's digital future and will lead execution of web and digital initiatives in support of the Company's business and commercial plans. Responsibilities for this multi-disciplinary role will include defining & tracking against KPI's as well as hands-on execution across Gemline's digital landscape, which includes website, email, industry platforms and SEO. In other words, in this position, you will need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of Company's digital marketing roadmap that includes website, email and ecommerce strategies.
• Define and manage ongoing improvements to the website, including building out new site features and functionality, CMS pages, and daily management of agency partner.
• Implement SEO best practices for site design, content creation and management.
• Day-to-day management of Gemline.com

o Oversee & Support Marketing Specialist in charge of product launches, marketing content and other daily maintenance/updates

o Own Gemline's PIM ensuring all data is current and accurate

o Report on and analyze web performance, recommend improvements, and communicate web and digital marketing analytics on an established cadence
• Email Marketing

o Develop email marketing automation strategy, identifying key user journeys and touchpoints to increase click through rate and engagement on Gemline.com

o Identify opportunities to increase email opt-in

o Leverage analysis of campaign performance and make use of data to inform future campaign requirements and improvements
• Maintain accurate product presence (pricing, product data) on key industry websites
• Support Director of Marketing and Marketing team on other projects as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Demonstrated website management experience including use of web analytics tools, ecommerce and email marketing
• Experience with digital marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention

and growth
• Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among internal and external stakeholders in a high-expectation environment.
• Proven experience managing and coaching direct reports
• Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy
• Creativity and demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
• A clear sense of urgency to achieve results. A "can-do", "let's make it happen" attitude
• Embrace continuous improvement by proposing new and/or better ways of doing things
• BA/BS in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other website CMS systems and MS Office Suite is required. Prior experience with Salsify and Pardot strongly preferred.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence a plus.
• Experience with A/B testing a plus
• Understanding of email marketing opt-in rules a plus
