We're a holistic women's health clinic seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy front desk assistant who's passionate about wellness. In this role, you'll welcome patients with warmth, manage administrative tasks with accuracy, and confidently navigate digital tools like Charm EHR and Google Workspace. Start Date: Position begins in January 2025.

Hours: 30-35 hours per week, with a set Monday-Thursday schedule and the option for a half-day on Fridays.

This position is open due to our current front desk admin's recent promotion, reflecting the growth potential within our practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a warm, supportive visit.
  • Prepare visit materials like summaries, lab orders, and test kits.
  • Support providers in real-time with labs, pharmacy calls, and quick info checks.
  • Handle scheduling, reminders, and membership enrollments.
  • Keep the office stocked, organized, and inviting.
  • Answer calls and messages, offering friendly patient support.
