Part-Time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online Expert)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online to join our team. This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible schedule while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and follow-ups.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with tax and payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to provide financial insights and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
