Position Overview

The Human Resources Project Lead and Analyst will oversee and manage HR projects to improve efficiency, enhance employee satisfaction, and support organizational growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, exceptional communication, meticulous execution, and data analyst experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes, project management methodologies, and data analysis and possess the technical skills necessary to extract, manipulate, and interpret large data sets, ensuring that all HR initiatives align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management


  • Lead, plan, and execute HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure project success.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Utilize project management tools and software to track and report on project status.

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.

  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to develop predictive models and perform advanced analytics.

  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategies and initiatives.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

HR Process Improvement

  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Design and implement HR solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.

  • Conduct regular reviews of HR practices and recommend best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to align HR projects with business goals.

  • Communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all HR projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare and present project reports, metrics, and performance indicators to senior management.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, project management, or Computer Science.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Workday experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts is a plus.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering HR projects on time and within budget.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Work Environment
