The Opportunity
As a Financial Relationship Manager, you will support clients after they've started using our services. Your goal is to help them get the most value from our platform, which leads to their continued use and renewal of our services. This role is crucial for the company's growth.
You'll collaborate closely with leadership and different teams to ensure clients have a great experience. You will be their advocate, gathering feedback to help us improve and create new solutions that meet their needs. This is a chance for you to make a real impact on both our clients and the company, as we strive to provide excellent technology for wealth management advisors.
In this non-sales position, you'll manage client relationships from an operational perspective, focusing on customer service. You'll handle day-to-day issues, have regular calls with clients, and inform them about training opportunities and new products. You'll also assist them with performance reports and other important documents, helping to build their confidence in our team.

Our wealth management technology platform is a spinoff of a well-known RIA and is focused on providing a scalable digital wealth management system that empowers advisors to focus on what matters most. Our clients include small investment offices and RIAs, and we aim to be the go-to solution for wealth management growth.
Responsibilities
Cultivate long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives, the home office support teams, power users, and end-users using the platform day-in and day-out.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, business requirements, and industry challenges, how they grow and meet their internal/end-client needs and ensure account retention.
Provide strategic oversight during the entire client journey, including implementation, adoption, optimization, growth, and renewal; Ensure a seamless handover of knowledge and responsibilities where appropriate.
Develop success plans with clients, including mutually agreed-to objectives, timelines, and metrics.
Drive adoption and continuously provide education to clients on new features and the monthly release of enhancements to the software.
Be the voice of the client to Product, R&D, Support, Services, Marketing, etc., building strong working relationships with each area to ensure client success and consistency of engagement.
Build and maintain a high level of client happiness and reference-ability by successfully diagnosing a client's business operations and prescribing appropriate solutions and Services.
Share client success stories as well as client success frameworks and processes.
Develop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends.
Qualifications, skills, and experience
3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Highly preferred financial licenses or certifications: CFP, CFA, or CPA certification.
Preferred wealth management licenses: FINRA Series 6 or 7 license.
Experience in customer-facing roles focused on client success and service is highly preferred. (Examples include consultant, strategist, technical account manager, relationship manager, customer/client success, etc.)
Background working with financial, or wealth management companies (like banks or brokerages) is ideal. Experience with wealth management technology is a bonus.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Self-reliant, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ.
