Lippincott Real Estate Advisors is looking for a self-driven and energetic Administrative Lead to join our team. Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, interested in learning and contribute to a positive / upbeat work environment.
Within the role, responsibilities will include working with the company's investment brokerage team to assist producers and analysts in preparation of marketing materials for real estate deals, maintain internal database, assist lead agents on a daily basis, manage and update deal status, conduct market comparable analysis, social media marketing, photoshop, manage e-mail blasts, work with our 3rd party providers, schedule appointments and conference calls, and work with vendors to arrange photography.
LREA is a growing / entrepreneurial company. As a result, this role may also include special projects.
Preferred Skills: Project Management and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Salesforce and Photoshop.
Location: Downtown Birmingham, MI (100% in Office)
Compensation: Salary Dependent Upon Experience
