The Office Administrative Support role is designed to assist two Senior Directors while coordinating and managing office operations to ensure optimal staff efficiency. This position involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, managing office resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and services to support staff.
Perform administrative duties, including responding to inquiries and arranging meetings.
Maintain and organize calendars for two Senior Directors, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel and accommodations as required.
Develop and communicate office operational procedures, including overseeing the budget.
Address urgent issues promptly while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Experience in administrative support roles.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
