Position: Office Administrator
Position Summary: We are looking for an action-oriented and organized Office Administrator to keep things moving in our office. This role sits at the front desk, answering phones and greeting customers acting as the first point of contact for the Company.
Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Assist executive and administrative staff in the research and implementation of tasks
Work through processes, procedures, and systems to aid in the efficient and accurate follow up and completion of various administrative tasks
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Front desk; greet visitors, answer phones, manage phone calls, and communicate details accurately
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Complete project research as directed
Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Onboard new employees
Schedule employee review
Qualifications
Outstanding communication
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
