Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to our Founder, you'll be the right-hand person ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a fun and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and Diary Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans to keep the Founder on track.
Inbox Management: Monitor, organize, and respond to emails with efficiency and professionalism.
Startup Support: Provide administrative and project-based support, bringing your expertise in startup operations to the table.
Fast-Paced Execution: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, stay a step ahead, and tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team, contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup setting.
Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
