POSITION SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Sales - Bilingual English/Creole role is responsible for assisting and recruiting qualified applicants for admission to Zoni Language Centers while adhering to institutional policies, state and federal accreditation requirements, and the highest ethical standards. This role focuses on generating interest in Zoni's English programs through proactive customer service, inquiry management, and recruitment strategies.
The Customer Service team member will engage with prospective students and current learners through phone calls, in-person assistance, and follow-ups to guide them through the enrollment process, answer their questions, and ensure a positive experience with Zoni.
Collaboration with student support services is key to this role, ensuring alignment with Zoni's commitment to quality service, employee development, ethical conduct, and innovative growth.
KEY JOB ELEMENTS:
Clearly and comprehensively explain Zoni's English programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to prospective students, parents, and educators.
Manage inquiries to achieve weekly contact and performance goals using approved recruitment strategies.
Develop new inquiries through personal outreach and referrals.
Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students, assess their compatibility with Zoni's programs, and determine enrollment suitability.
Provide outstanding in-person assistance to current students, addressing questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate forecasting of new student enrollments for leadership review.
Regularly follow up with applicants to ensure they are on track for enrollment and successful program start.
Assist other departments with data collection, problem-solving, and enhancing student experiences.
Actively participate in recruitment events, open houses, career days, community outreach, and employer partnerships to promote Zoni's offerings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree; salary will be based on educational qualifications.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Creole.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
