The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, demonstrating excellent communication skills, performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will perform clerical and administrative functions to help contribute to company success
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a skilled problem solver and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Greet visitors and clients; record in sign-in book
Responsible for office supplies inventory
Attendance at internal meetings when appropriate
Prepping, editing, and proofing documents
Answer telephone calls
Oversee general office needs
Draft correspondences and other formal and informal documents
Work with the Promotional Review Committee Coordinator to organize, prioritize, and disseminate drafted materials and meeting agendas in preparation for the PRC meeting
Assist PRC Coordinator for tracking the approval/expiration dates for all materials, as applicable
Perform other administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2-5 years previous experience
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and excel
