Your Role:
As our Receptionist, you'll provide an exceptional first impression and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
Answering and directing phone calls with clarity and courtesy.
Managing conference room cleanliness and supplies, setting up videoconferencing, and coordinating refreshments as needed.
Tracking and coordinating attorney and staff schedules.
Serving as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, vendors, and deliveries.
Supporting office services with tasks such as filing, scanning, running errands, and assisting team members during breaks.
