Your Role:

As our Receptionist, you'll provide an exceptional first impression and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
  • Greeting clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Answering and directing phone calls with clarity and courtesy.
  • Managing conference room cleanliness and supplies, setting up videoconferencing, and coordinating refreshments as needed.
  • Tracking and coordinating attorney and staff schedules.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for building maintenance, vendors, and deliveries.
  • Supporting office services with tasks such as filing, scanning, running errands, and assisting team members during breaks.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a reliable schedule.
