Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Order office supplies and ensure a well-stocked, organized workplace.
Assist with meeting and event coordination, including taking minutes and tracking follow-ups.
Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Support projects by conducting research and compiling necessary information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
