The candidate will be responsible for data entry of incoming insurance certificates, participation in mass mailings, and uploading of legal documents into our virtual file room system (Carta).
He/she may also be responsible for: i) cataloguing and returning physical files in our file room;
ii) ensuring that archived documents are kept in accordance with WRH Document Management Policies and Procedures; and iii) other adhoc projects, as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Light lifting may be required when returning files to shelving/file rooms.
Requirements: Computer skills (MS Office), detail oriented, and self-disciplined.
