An enterprise insurance employer is looking for a group of Teleservice Representatives to join their Policy Owner Services group Responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting with any questions or concerns as it relates to their various products, policy benefits, claim payments, and policy changes.
Transfer calls to the appropriate department as it relates to the customer's needs.
Updating customer addresses and applying payments to their accounts.
Compensation:
$18/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
