Job Description:

Executive Assistant

Our well-established Newport, NH client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the President of the company. At least five years of related experience is required for this full-time, direct-hire role.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
  • Answer phones and emails
  • Greet visitors
  • Maintain President's schedule
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
  • Draft correspondence and prepare reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Maintain supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 5-10+ years of related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
  • Excellent communication skills and strong character
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Ability to function well in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
