Our well-established Newport, NH client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the President of the company. At least five years of related experience is required for this full-time, direct-hire role.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
Answer phones and emails
Greet visitors
Maintain President's schedule
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
Draft correspondence and prepare reports
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Maintain supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Perform additional tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
5-10+ years of related experience
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
Excellent communication skills and strong character
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Proficient with Google Suite
Ability to function well in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
