What You'll Do
As the Executive Assistant to our Chief of Staff, you'll be a key driver of organization and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring schedules are seamless and priorities are met.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare detailed agendas, manage logistics, and ensure action items are tracked and followed up on.
Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage large-scale events, including travel arrangements and itineraries.
Communication Support: Draft and refine professional correspondence, memos, and presentations.
Information Compilation and Reporting: Gather data for the Chief of Staff and collaborate on impactful presentations and reports for executive leadership.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Financial Support: Leverage your attention to detail to assist in managing financial spreadsheets, tracking data, budgets, and other critical financial information.
What You'll Bring
Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
