LHH is seeking a Logistics CSR for our client.As a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics and customer service functions. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be key to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays or issues.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and providing timely updates on order status.
Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
