Our client, a top private equity firm based in Midtown, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Credit team. Looking for a mature, organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask with ease! This role is in person 4-5 days per week depending on the team's activity.

POSITION: Administrative Assistant to Credit Team
LOCATION: New York, NY (Midtown)
HOURS: 9am - 5:30pm with some flexibility as needed
COMPENSATION: $90K range DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Preferred
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
-Support a team of investment professionals - VP's and Analysts (6-8 people)
-Manage calendars
-Submit and reconcile expenses reports
-Make travel accommodations (hotel and airfare) for team
-Restaurant reservations
-General administrative duties include: making copies, scanning, filing, printing, binding
-Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-3 years of administrative experience from professional services industries
