Responsibilities
Calendar management, schedule appointments, and meetings, and update changes accordingly.
Oversees incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and directs inquiries to the appropriate channels.
Welcomes guests, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate team members.
Create, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
Manage databases, updating spreadsheets, and other record-keeping activities.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing notes.
Handle general office tasks (ordering supplies, managing office equipment, etc.).
Assist with processing expense reports.
Ideal Experience
Bachelor's or Associate degree with 3-5 years of experience supporting a senior executive.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritizing urgent and high-impact work.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is a plus.
