Seeking a Career Administrative Assistant to work in the IT Training department of a very prestigious law firm! This role is for someone who has administrative assistant experience and wants to be an administrative assistant as their career!
Responsibilities include supporting the IT Training department with all administrative tasks, answering multi-line systems, scheduling, booking appointments, assisting with events and heavy calendar management.

-Proofread reports and assist with writing projects

Qualifications:
MS Office skills, Word and Excel

Requirements:
BA / BS preferred but not required. At least five years of related experience
