Our client, a small, family-oriented, mechanical business in Newington, CT is seeking a Part Time Data Entry Admin. This person will be responsible for general filing, entering data from handwritten reports into the computer, and helping with general office tidiness. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an office setting and comfort within Microsoft Word and Excel.
Location: Newington, CT
Hours: T-F 8 AM-1 PM, flexibility with hours and days once trained
Requirements:
1+ years experience in an office setting
Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
Plusses:
Experience working for a mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or construction company
Responsibilities:
General filing of hard copy reports
Entering data from handwritten reports into virtual report, printing and dropping off to the president for review (in office)
Help maintain office cleanliness
Answer phones when the office manager is unavailable
