Contract Duration: 5 Months
Worksite Location: Fort Morgan, CO
Schedule: 7am-3:30pm
Pay Range: $19-20/hr

What you'll do as an Administrative Assistant:
Administrative Coordination: Coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative or staff functions to ensure efficient operations.
Staff Support & Training: Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Meeting & Travel Logistics: Plan, coordinate, and confirm logistics for complex meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Data Management: Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
Process & Policy Knowledge: Apply detailed knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
Problem-Solving: Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues with minimal supervision. Escalate only the most complex issues to the appropriate staff.
What you'll bring to the Administrative Assistant role:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
A minimum of four years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP (beneficial but not required).
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
