Salary: $120K-$140K

My client is looking for an experienced Law Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including managing Paralegals, Secretaries, and Reception. This role works directly with the Partnership and requires a proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on workflow, attendance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a professional services environment, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. This is a growth opportunity in a supportive environment with flexibility for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative staff and office operations
  • Oversee staff workflows, recruitment, and training
  • Ensure smooth office functions, HR practices, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects and staffing

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years office management experience in a law office or professional services office, including 3+ years managing client service teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of CA labor law and office operations
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Workday experience preferred
