My client is looking for an experienced Law Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including managing Paralegals, Secretaries, and Reception. This role works directly with the Partnership and requires a proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on workflow, attendance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative staff and office operations
Oversee staff workflows, recruitment, and training
Ensure smooth office functions, HR practices, and compliance with local labor laws
Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects and staffing
Qualifications:
5+ years office management experience in a law office or professional services office, including 3+ years managing client service teams
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of CA labor law and office operations
Proficiency with MS Office, Workday experience preferred
