Education - Minimum: HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. All Foreign education at any level must be certified by the US Department of Education. Please have the agencies confirm that the certifications are done.
Work experience - A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service environment, utilizing phone and computer literacy to interact with customers in a high pace setting. Data entry experience and a minimum of 25 wpm typing skills, open availability to work shift schedules at any given time from 6am to 12am.
Shifts - are as follows: 6am-2pm, 6:30am-2:30pm, 7am-3pm,7:30am-3:30pm, 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm,9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm and 4pm-12am.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, overtime and emergencies.
