This position will support an executive of dual entities for both a growth driven asset management firm and an established SEC registered securities broker/ dealer. This individual will need to work well as part of a team driven group, be highly motivated, and have sound judgement and proven success in prior endeavors. This position is based onsite with typical office hours are from 8 am - 5/5:30 pm and requires a 24/7 mentality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Calendar management: Manage scheduling internal and external appointment, confirming meetings, and organizing logistics. Handle these activities without prompting and advise in advance with issues or delays.
Coordinate travel, including flights, car services, hotels and other reservations.
Extremely positive and professional attitude with the ability to build relationships with key players and other senior management.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail with the ability to anticipate critical needs, prioritize competing tasks and manage deadlines, with the ability to follow up on all items as needed.
Creative thinker who can also solve complex problems.
Edit and create documents, presentations and correspondence as needed including produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization.
Completion of detailed corporate expenses.
Screen/route incoming calls, mail and correspondence.
Flexibility after regular business hours for time sensitive tasks, schedule changes, or other changes as needed.
Special Projects as required.
General Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required
10+ years of proven C-suite executive assistant experience.
Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write clear instructions and schedule and follow up as needed. Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Financial experience required and financial certificates, licenses, and registration a plus.
